Login to a TI-Messenger server

Desktop

1. Open Famedly web app.
2. Enter your login URL into the corresponding input field.
3. Click Next.
4. A new tab for entering the login credentials will open.
5. Enter your username and click Continue.
6. Enter your password and click Continue.
7. Enter the second factor into the input field for the code and click continue.
8. The login tab will close automatically and you will be redirected to a page enable or disable chat features.
9. After clicking Continue you can go on with chat backup verification.

Mobile

1. Open Famedly app.
2. Enter your login URL into the corresponding input field.

5. Enter your username and tap Continue.

7. Enter the second factor into the input field for the code and tap continue.
8. The login tab will close automatically and you will be redirected to a page enable or disable chat features.
9. After tapping Continue you can go on with chat backup verification.

Depending on your organization's settings, you will receive the second factor as a code by email, in your Authenticator app or in another way. If you are unsure, please contact your administrator.
