Reset Password

How to reset your password if you have forgotten it or want to change it.

If no new browser window or tab opens for login, your account is not on a TI-Messenger server and you need to contact your administrator for resetting a lost password.

Desktop

1. Open Famedly web app.
2. Enter your login URL into the corresponding input field.
3. Click Next.
4. A new tab for entering the login credentials will open.
5. Enter your username and click Continue.
6. Click Reset password.
7. Check your email inbox for a mail with the title Reset password. If necessary, also check the spam folder.
8. Click the Reset password button in that mail.
9. Choose a password that complies with the rules below the New password input field.
10. Insert your new password into the New password input field.
11. Insert your new password again into the Repeat password input field.
12. Click Continue.

Mobile

1. Open Famedly app.
2. Enter your login URL into the corresponding input field.
3. Tap Next.
4. A new tab for entering the login credentials will open.
5. Enter your username and tap Continue.
6. Tap Reset password.
7. Check your email inbox for a mail with the title Reset password. If necessary, also check the spam folder.
8. Tap the Reset password button in that mail.
9. Choose a password that complies with the rules below the New password input field.
10. Insert your new password into the New password input field.
11. Insert your new password again into the Repeat password input field.
12. Tap Continue.
